Enzioo
A goal, objective, activity, and indicator-based monitoring and evaluation system built for NGOs and non-profit programs.
Context
Where this started
Development-sector organizations are accountable to funders for outcomes, not just activity — but most field teams were tracking programs in spreadsheets that couldn't answer that question at scale. Enzioo is EverExpert's own product built to close that gap, currently operated and maintained by EverExpert.
Challenge
The problem to solve
Program teams needed a single system to plan, track, and report on goals, objectives, activities, and indicators across field offices — with reporting built for funders and boards, not just internal use, and without requiring extensive technical training for field staff.
Approach
How we approached it
We designed the data model around how development programs are actually structured — goals broken into objectives, objectives into activities, activities measured against indicators — rather than forcing program logic into a generic project-management tool.
Solution
What we built
Enzioo gives program teams dashboard visualization of progress against targets, quarterly work planning tools, role-based access so field staff, program managers, and funders each see what's relevant to them, and beneficiary tracking that includes gender and disability-focused analysis for inclusion reporting.
- Goal / objective / activity / indicator hierarchy
- Real-time dashboard visualization of program progress
- Quarterly work-planning tools
- Role-based access control across field, program, and funder roles
- Beneficiary tracking with gender and disability-focused analysis
- Target-based monitoring against defined indicators
